Healthier and happier life
Kathryne focuses heavily on creating balance in her client’s lives, with an emphasis on looking at the whole person in order to increase understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. She finds that instilling hope in a healthier and happier life, developing self-empowerment tools and a heightened sense of self-awareness, as well as discovering one’s innate strengths and talents is the path to mental and emotional wellbeing.
I've been going to see Kathryn at Life Line now for a few months. When I first became a client, Erin at the front desk was so helpful and prompt with getting me scheduled. (They even having a texting system which makes communicating and scheduling easier for those who can't always talk on the phone during business hours.)
I can't express enough gratitude since I've started seeing Kathryn. She has been such a huge help in my life with helping me through my life goals, anxiety and improving the quality of my life. She is a great listener and gives valuable advice.
"I don't know where to start about how wonderful Kathryne is. She is actively engaged about everything I say and do and pays attention to my body language in session to aid in further discussion. She's so kind and compassionate, but always keeps things real. She takes my concerns seriously and the advice she shares with me is from a wide range of things, from information I never would've known about certain conditions, to advice about my own personal situations. She has been (and still is) incredibly helpful, I couldn't have asked for a better counselor."
"I could not express in words my gratitude for Lifeline Counseling, especially Kathryne Arnold. I have spent many years of my life searching for a professional that I could connect with, and that would not only walk me through my treatment plan, but validate my feelings along the way. I have finally found that place with Kathryne. I have never felt more cared for by a mental health professional and she has continually exceeded my expectations. If I could give 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat."
"Getting counseling from Kathryne has changed my life. She’s kind, courteous, a great listener, and asks great questions. She’s changed her schedule to accommodate me, has provided a wealth of support and knowledge through some very difficult times. I can not say enough positive things about her and Lifeline.”
