What is a behavioral health emergency?
Suicide Threats or Attempt - call 911!
Drug or Alcohol Overdose - call 911!
Threats of Violence or Homicide - call 911!
Call the office at (440) 942-0100 if you are an existing patient with an urgent behavioral
health problem. We do our best to respond to urgent problems on a timely basis, but please
understand that our phone is NOT answered by a live operator. Therefore, if your problem is
an emergency that requires immediate action or hospitalization, please proceed to your local hospital
emergency room and/or call 911.
If you are not being seen at LifeLine Counseling and Forensic Center and have a behavioral
health emergency or urgent problem, please contact your primary care physician or your local hospital
emergency room.
If you are not an existing patient, but are suicidal and accessing this information through our
website, you may also call 1-800-SUICIDE day or night for help. And then read this information by clicking on
